The Grey Room at Bucky’s Casino is presenting an exotic, culinary Caribbean Dinner experience with rum pairings on Thu. 8/15, offered at $70 per person and served at 5:30 PM. The Caribbean rum dinner will include three intriguing courses: tropical kale salad, ropa vieja with congri rice crisp, and black grouper with malanga. Each course will be paired with a perfect rum accompaniment. The dinner will finish with a decadent dessert of Guanabana cake and cream, paired with Bacoo Café Rum.
